The Pregnancy Care Center, PCC, is a non-profit organization that has been serving the needs of young women since 1988. The PCC is a safe and loving environment for young women in crisis pregnancy. The PCC provides care, advocacy services, practical needs, parenting and life skills training that is all free of charge. The PCC uses a specialized parenting program, Bridges to Parenthood. This program has expanded the services in the areas of parenting, education, relationships, self-sufficiency and other support services. Some of the services offered are weekly meetings with members allowing them to work on reaching short and long-term goals, budgeting classes and mentoring for new mothers. Members earn "Mommy Money" by completing tasks by which they are able to purchase items needed for baby, self and even home furnishings as items are available. The PCC is committed to assisting women carry to term by providing emotional support and practical assistance.
